Autopsie d’une passion ou le faux-semblant amoureux est avant tout un roman d’amour, mais qui déjoue les écueils et les faux semblants ordinaires de la convention amoureuse. Je l’ai écrit dans un style un peu cru pour tenter de mettre en lumière les rouages et les ressorts d’une passion dévorante, d’une authentique addiction amoureuse. Si mon roman peut sembler a priori choquant à cause des descriptions sexuelles qui sont le ciment de cette passion, c’est qu’il me paraissait important de montrer une relation charnelle sans réserve, une histoire atypique et improbable. Pour résumer. J’ai tenté de dessiner les contours d’un contre modèle amoureux à partir d’un couple asymétrique que tout différencie : la psychologie, l’âge, l’ambition, la quête du bonheur… J’ai surtout essayé de comprendre si la frénésie sexuelle et mentale si particulière qui lie les deux personnages pouvait, d’une certaine façon, s’appeler amour ?
Après Faussaire publié en 2015 aux éditions l’Âge d’Homme, après Faux et usage de faux publié sur le site Imagieprod, l’auteur signe ici, avec Autopsie d’une passion ou le Faux-semblant amoureux, le troisième volet d’une trilogie intitulée : Chemins vers le Réel.
First and foremost, Autopsy of a Passion or the Pretend love is a love story. But it is a love story that avoids the usual pitfalls and pretences of conventional romances. I wrote it in a somewhat crude style to reflect and expose the inner workings of an all-consuming passion, when love becomes addiction. At first glance, my novel may seem quite shocking given the explicit sexual scenes upon which the characters’ passion is built. It was important for me to give free reign to the two lovers with no holds barred and to highlight the frenzied dynamics driving them. I wanted to tell an atypical story, a sort of anti-romance. It’s the story of the insanity that exists between two lovers who are different from one another in every conceivable way: psychologically but also their age, worldview and pursuit of happiness. Above all, I tried to understand whether the particular sexual and mental frenzy that links the two characters could somehow be called love?
